Job Summary
Lead end-to-end product lifecycle management for humanoid robotics joint modules and dexterous hands, driving global market research, competitive analysis, and PRD development. Define product roadmaps and technical requirements while managing cross-functional teams through prototyping, design verification, and mass production. Execute global go-to-market strategies, pricing models, and sales enablement programs to accelerate customer acquisition and revenue growth. Engage directly with strategic OEMs and suppliers to drive qualification, deployment, and continuous product enhancement based on feedback. Monitor key business metrics including time-to-market, gross margin, and NPS to ensure profitability and scalability.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Robotics, Mechatronics, Automation, or a related discipline
- Minimum 8 years of product management or program management experience
- At least 5 years within robotics, automation, motion control, mechatronics, precision electro-mechanical products, or related industries
- Strong understanding of actuator systems, robotic joints, dexterous hand technologies, and associated performance trade-offs
- Ability to bridge technical development and business strategy
- Demonstrated success in product roadmap development, pricing strategy, and go-to-market execution
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
- Experience using PLM and requirements management tools
- Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar analytics platforms
- Exceptional cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to influence teams across engineering, operations, and commercial organizations globally
- Fluent in Mandarin and English
- Results-oriented, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, international environment
- Must be based in Shanghai
