Job Summary
Product Manager to lead cross-functional squads and own the Director Operations product area for Hudl’s platform used by Athletic Directors, Club Directors, and League Administrators. Responsibilities include building operational tools for scheduling, facilities, registration, payments, communications, and game-day readiness; driving discovery to minimize risk and deliver measurable impact; shaping the product roadmap and strategy; designing AI-powered workflows to reduce manual work; and aligning with success, sales, partnerships, legal, finance, and support to ensure scalable solutions. Required experience includes product management (2–4+ years), sports-industry exposure, AI workflow experience, and strong leadership, collaboration, and strategic thinking capabilities.
Required Qualifications
- 2–4+ years of product management experience building and shipping customer-facing software products
- Sports industry experience (playing, coaching, or working in sports)
- Experience using AI tools and building AI-powered workflows into products
- Natural leader capable of influencing teammates without formal authority
- User-focused mindset with a willingness to learn from diverse perspectives
