Job Summary

Own the end-to-end FinPath digital product roadmap, translating organizational goals into prioritized plans and serving as the key decision-maker for platform features, user flows, and digital content. Gather insights from participants and employer partners to define requirements, collaborate with UX, design, and engineering teams to deliver intuitive experiences, and monitor performance through data analytics. Lead user acceptance testing for all releases and maintain the product backlog within agile sprint cycles. Serve as the primary relationship owner for third-party technology and service vendors, supporting selection processes, RFP development, and contract negotiations while establishing and monitoring SLAs and KPIs. Oversee partner API integrations and coordinate with Legal, Compliance, and IT Security teams to ensure regulatory adherence. Act as the voice of the product across the organization, partnering with Marketing, Client Success, and Operations to drive feature adoption and support product launches.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Digital Marketing, Finance, or a related field
  • Minimum 4–6 years of product management experience, preferably in financial services, fintech, employee benefits, or a digital-first environment
  • Demonstrated experience managing third-party vendor or partner relationships, including contract and SLA management
  • Strong understanding of agile product development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously while maintaining strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work and communicate effectively with senior and executive-level partners, both internally and externally
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills across multiple channels
  • Ability to travel as needed for partner meetings, client events, or industry conferences
  • 5-7 years of relevant experience
  • Bachelor's degree (4-year degree)

Desired Qualifications

  • experience as a Product Owner a plus
  • Proficiency with product management and analytics tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Google Analytics, Tableau, or similar platforms)
