Job Summary
Own specific product areas or features within HPC/AI system management and orchestration software, including definition, execution, and delivery. Contribute to the product roadmap by defining requirements, prioritizing features, and aligning with overall product goals. Work closely with Software Architects and Engineering teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions. Develop and maintain product requirements, user stories, and feature specifications with clear acceptance criteria. Engage with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders to gather requirements around system deployment, monitoring, and lifecycle management. Participate in planning, prioritization, and release cycles to ensure timely delivery. Work with Engineering, QA, and DevOps teams to validate and release products. Support go-to-market activities including documentation and customer engagement. Monitor product performance and feedback to identify enhancements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in software product management or a related role (e.g., engineering, technical program management)
- Experience in HPC, AI/ML platforms, distributed systems, or infrastructure software
- Solid understanding of HPC/AI systems, infrastructure software, and orchestration concepts (e.g., cluster management, scheduling, monitoring)
- Ability to translate technical requirements into clear product specifications
- Strong collaboration skills, with ability to work effectively across Engineering, Architecture, and cross-functional teams
- Good product sense and ability to contribute to feature prioritization and roadmap decisions
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, with ability to manage trade-offs and dependencies
- Strong communication skills, both technical and business-facing
- Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, complex environments with multiple stakeholders
- Basic business acumen and understanding of customer needs and product value
- Hybrid work arrangement (2 days per week from an HPE office)
