Job Summary

Product Manager for Hotels to shape and grow EBG’s hotel experiences. Responsible for delivering high-impact hotel experiences that drive member engagement, revenue, and partner satisfaction by translating business strategy and customer needs into clear product direction. Collaborates with Engineering, UX, Data, and Commercial teams to ship features using Agile frameworks; translates user needs into clear specs, user stories, and acceptance criteria; uses data analysis, user feedback, and experimentation to improve hotel search, pricing, and booking experiences; manages technical integrations (REST/JSON APIs), defines success metrics/KPIs, and iterates to maximize conversions and revenue; fosters a collaborative, transparent product culture and aligns outcomes to business goals. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent + 2+ years in travel/eCommerce/marketplace product management; strong Jira/microsoft-office proficiency; experience with API-driven product requirements; excellent communication and collaboration skills; hybrid onsite role in Orlando, travel up to 15%; additional preferred experience with OTA/distribution APIs and hospitality systems.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 2+ years of product management experience in travel, reservation, eCommerce, or marketplace platforms
  • Hands-on experience in Agile environments and partnering with engineering teams
  • Proficiency with Jira and Microsoft Office
  • Experience reviewing and writing product requirements and technical specs involving REST/JSON APIs
  • Experience working in an Agile methodology
  • Strong analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • User-centric approach with focus on simple, intuitive experiences
  • Ability to balance strategy and execution in a fast-moving environment
  • Ability to communicate with all levels of the organization including technical and non-technical colleagues and partners
  • Preferred: experience with OTA & Distribution APIs or hospitality systems (PMS, CRS, Channel Managers)
  • Ability to work onsite in Orlando in a hybrid model
  • Ability to travel up to 15%
