Job Summary
Product Manager responsible for driving product strategy, execution, and performance across assigned product categories. You’ll manage the full lifecycle—from item setup and pricing to forecasting and portfolio optimization—while identifying growth opportunities and translating market insights into winning product and marketing strategies across Consumer and Foodservice channels. You’ll identify and execute new product development and product improvement opportunities, collaborate with R&D and Product Development to commercialize new features and define product specifications, monitor market trends and customer insights to identify growth opportunities, and lead cross-functional teams on launches, improvements, and margin enhancement initiatives. Develop and execute go-to-market plans, including positioning, sales training, and marketing collateral; collaborate with Sales, Channel, Procurement, Legal, and Compliance to ensure successful execution and regulatory adherence. Occasional travel is required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Product Development, or a related field
- 3–5 years of experience in Product Management or Marketing
- Strong financial acumen with experience in pricing and cost analysis
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing timelines
- Customer- and market-focused mindset
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
