Product Manager to drive execution across the roadmap and ship features in a lean B2B SaaS environment, collaborating with a small engineering team (4–6 engineers) to deliver AI-powered capabilities, engage with customers to understand workflows, translate ideas into concrete requirements, and ensure high-quality, measurable outcomes from concept through launch.
Required Qualifications
- 3–5+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS
- Proven ability to own features end-to-end
- Strong execution skills with a bias toward action
- Comfort working with engineers and designers in a lean environment
- Experience operating in small teams or low-support environments with high ownership
- Curiosity about customers and understanding real workflows
- Clear, direct communication and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Hands-on familiarity with AI-powered product features (LLMs, APIs, AI in workflows)
