Job Summary
Product Manager at Factor Canada responsible for solving meaningful customer problems and delivering a strategic roadmap for the portfolio in the ready-to-heat category. Owns roadmap ownership, customer insights, advocacy, and commercial viability while partnering with Culinary, Operations, and other stakeholders to ensure feasible, valuable, and viable product offerings. Defines the What and Why of the menu, drives discovery and cross-functional alignment, leads post-launch reviews and data-driven insights, and collaborates with international teams to share best practices. Requires 5+ years in Product Management or Product Development, a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, willingness to travel, and hybrid work in Toronto (3 days on-site)."
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive experience in Product Management or Product Development
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related technical field (e.g., Food Science)
- Willingness to travel occasionally
