Job Summary
Product Manager for next-generation heat pump water heaters within Bosch Home Comfort. You will define and drive mid- and long-term product strategies, identify business opportunities, lead pre-development initiatives, and translate complex technical requirements into compelling value propositions. You will analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to continuously improve the product portfolio, represent market and customer perspectives in development and go-to-market projects, collaborate with engineering, sales, marketing and R&D, and contribute to regulatory discussions related to sustainable heating technologies. You will support the development of connected, digitalized, and energy-efficient home comfort solutions while embracing a hybrid work setup in Aveiro, Portugal.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree or higher in Management or Engineering
- 3+ years experience in Product Management (HVAC, renewable energy or home appliances preferred)
- Proficient with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, Project)
- Regulatory & Policy Literacy
- Knowledge in thermodynamics
- Languages: Business fluent in English
- Ability to influence cross-functional teams
- Proactive, business-oriented mindset
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Willing to work in a multicultural environment
