Job Summary
Product Manager responsible for owning the Intelligence Infrastructure that powers an agentic operational workflow and serving as the architect of our Source of Truth. Focus on how data is collected, aggregated, and governed within a scalable cloud data and compute ecosystem to ensure the platform and AI agents operate on high-fidelity data. Lead strategy for aggregating disparate datasets into a centralized analytical data warehouse, define data rules and schemas for AI decision-making, and collaborate with Data Engineers and AI Researchers to influence the technical roadmap. Manage data partnerships, evaluate external opportunities, and negotiate with partners with support from legal. Drive establishment of data validation, ingestion standards, and governance while working cross-functionally to achieve revenue and customer-satisfaction goals. Embrace a Builder mentality to translate high-level goals into executable data infrastructure initiatives, leveraging tools like Snowflake, AWS Console, and APIs, and communicate complex data concepts to both engineering teams and non-technical stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical or analytical field preferred (e.g., CS, Data Science, Info Systems) or equivalent practical experience
- 3+ years in Product Management, Data Engineering, or Technical Analytics
- Hands-on experience with AWS (S3, Lambda, or Glue) and Snowflake is strongly preferred
- Experience with API-first architecture and an understanding of the LLM lifecycle (prompt engineering, context management, or RAG) is a significant advantage
- Experience in healthcare technology, credentialing, or compliance software is a plus
