Job Summary

Develop and refine product vision, strategy, and roadmaps aligned with customer needs and business objectives. Take ownership of product capabilities from concept through delivery, managing backlogs and prioritizing requirements with development and design teams. Collaborate across sales, marketing, customer success, and support to deliver outcomes, while engaging directly with customers and partners to validate concepts and gather feedback. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, then support go-to-market activities through positioning, messaging, and customer-facing presentations. Represent i2 at industry events and conferences, using data and insights to evaluate performance and guide future investments.

Required Qualifications

  • Experience in software product management, product ownership, or a related role
  • Strong understanding of product lifecycle management, agile development practices, and backlog prioritization
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with attention to detail and execution
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the confidence to engage effectively with customers, partners, executives, and technical teams
  • Experience gathering customer requirements and translating them into actionable product plans
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed decisions in ambiguous situations
  • Experience working cross-functionally and influencing stakeholders without direct authority
  • A customer-centric mindset and passion for creating products that solve real-world problems
  • Willingness to travel as required to support customers, partners, and business activities

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience supporting public safety, national security, defense, corporate security, or intelligence-related markets
  • Working knowledge of i2 products or comparable intelligence analysis software
  • Experience working with data integration, analytics, or investigative technologies
  • Commercial and partner management experience
  • Ability to speak and write Spanish to support engagement with customers and partners in Spanish-speaking markets
