Product Manager, Hardware

Senior Product Manager, Hardware Platform responsible for strategy and execution across the physical layer of our platform, including first-party devices, certified hardware, and the OS + peripheral ecosystem. Own hardware platform strategy, define a hybrid hardware approach (first-party + certified ecosystem), drive roadmaps for POS terminals, handhelds, kiosks, and peripherals, and bridge hardware, OS, and software across Windows (x86) and Android. Define migration paths from legacy systems, manage device abstraction and platform consistency, and lead certification programs with OEMs and payment providers. Build and scale the hardware certification program, enable customers to extend hardware lifecycles, and own end-to-end product lifecycle from concept to launch. Required: 5+ years of product management experience with hardware or embedded systems; strong understanding of Windows x86 and Android; experience with peripherals, connectivity, and driver ecosystems; track record with hardware vendors or certification programs; ability to operate across hardware, software, and platform layers; experience in restaurant tech, payments, or POS.
