Job Summary
Own product areas end-to-end, from discovery through delivery and iteration by building directly in the product using modern tools and AI-assisted workflows. Translate customer problems into shipped solutions while driving rapid experimentation, validation, and iteration. Collaborate closely with Engineers and Designers in small, empowered teams to make pragmatic product decisions balancing speed, quality, and impact. Continuously refine product scope based on real usage and feedback, operating effectively in ambiguous, fast-changing environments. Ship alongside engineers with frequent releases, focusing on outcomes over rituals.
Required Qualifications
- Experience as a Product Manager shipping real products
- A strong builder mindset: you're comfortable getting hands-on in the product
- Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous, fast-changing environments
- Comfort using modern tools, including AI, to accelerate product work
- Strong product judgment and user-centric thinking
- Clear communication and a bias toward action
- Willingness to collaborate deeply with Engineers who expect PMs to build
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in startups or fast-growing product teams
- Technical fluency (you don't need to be an engineer, but you can build)
- Experience with modern product discovery and experimentation methods
- Background in design, engineering, or data
- Experience working with AI-powered or developer-facing products
