Job Summary
Own end-to-end lead conversion performance across inspections, financing, insurance, and service contract funnels on the dubizzle platform, CLM, and paid channels. Identify choke points using data and session recordings, then tweak flows, forms, and CTAs to increase qualified lead generation. Build a continuous A/B and multivariate testing roadmap, design pricing experiments, and track north-star metrics like CVR, drop-off rate, and CPL. Create wireframes and user flows in Figma to simplify journeys, while partnering with engineering to ship improvements and coordinate QA for timely delivery. Work closely with CRM, Marketing, and Sales Ops to align on priorities and optimize channel mix across WhatsApp, call center, and chatbot.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, Marketing, Economics or a related field
- 4–6 years of experience in product management and growth roles
- Proven track record improving funnel conversion rates and running structured A/B testing programs
- Experience working with cross-functional engineering and design teams to ship product improvements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to multitask, prioritise, and manage time effectively & efficiently
- Highly presentable with a responsible and professional attitude
- Strong customer service attitude, work ethic, and a drive for success
Desired Qualifications
- ideally within e-commerce, marketplaces or classifieds platforms
- Experience in automotive services, fintech, insurtech or proptech-adjacent products
- Knowledge of effective sales methodologies and strategies for hitting and exceeding revenue targets
- Knowledge of the banking and insurance partner landscape, including their specific requirements, approval criteria, and operational processes
- Well-versed in customer service and training techniques with the ability to learn quickly
