Job Summary
Lead product roadmap and training programs; provide advanced technical application support via phone and email for internal and external customers; collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize projects and align with long-term product strategy; determine onsite field support needs; negotiate solutions with customers; participate in industry committees to influence direction; communicate product selling points to sales teams and customers; develop and maintain the product roadmap; monitor competition and market trends to enhance market position; create training themes and messages for application and product teams; attend offsite events and engage with customers, competitors, and suppliers; supervise and develop the customer support and applications teams; oversee pricing, volume targets, forecast creation, and department cost management; maintain relationships with rep networks and sales channels; and work in a hybrid office/home environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent years of job experience
- 6-8 years relevant work experience
- 4-6 years supervisory or managerial experience
