Job Summary
Own the 12-month prioritized product roadmap and associated feature-level backlog, aligning the team around high-value business outcomes while researching emerging market and technology needs. Apply AI-assisted tools and techniques across the Software Development Lifecycle to improve product quality and speed to value, leading AI-informed discovery and overseeing experimentation to validate assumptions before full-scale investment. Document requirements as user stories, translate business needs into technical specifications, and validate engineering artifacts to ensure risks are addressed upfront. Partner with stakeholders across the organization to align on transparent strategic roadmaps and respond to RFIs with marketing and operations. Serve as the product owner for the scrum team, driving quarterly release planning, resolving in-sprint issues, and conducting functional testing to confirm sprint demos. Establish department processes, enforce best practices, and manage individual and team productivity measurements while performing ongoing career development and performance evaluations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in technology, business, liberal arts, science, or engineering
- 5+ years' experience in Product Management, including owning a product roadmap and driving Agile processes
- Excellent analytical and conceptual thinking skills and a high attention to detail
- Business acumen to identify opportunities, facilitate strategic planning, and use data and storytelling to influence
- Ability to balance short term needs with long-term strategy
- Strong relationship building skills, including an ability to influence stakeholders and scrum team members
- Exceptional communication skills (verbal and written) across all levels of the organization
- Experience overseeing all or some phases of the product development lifecycle
- Experience working in agile methodologies and working on an agile team
Desired Qualifications
- Prior GRC experience strongly preferred
