Job Summary
Define and own the product roadmap for multiple Gravitee products while collaborating with engineering teams through discovery, design, and development. Collect, understand, and prioritize global user needs to inform iterations, then prototype new features using AI-assisted development. Develop and report on key metrics to craft action plans, and present solutions to customers and prospects alongside field teams. Communicate growth strategy to engineers, designers, and business stakeholders while performing market analysis on competitors. Collaborate with UI/UX on human-centered experiences and support product marketing with customer-focused messaging.
Required Qualifications
- Strong technical background, ideally in engineering, or managing highly technical products
- Demonstrated ability to communicate complex technical information to various stakeholders and public audiences verbally and in writing
- Good understanding of REST APIs and adjacent technologies
- Foundational knowledge and excitement about technologies like AI, cloud computing, event-driven architecture, and security
- A drive and eagerness to learn new technologies and skills, including use of AI to accelerate different phases of the product function
- Care deeply about quality, clarity, and impact
- Are curious, adaptable, and excited by emerging technologies like AI
- Take ownership and follow through
- Value collaboration, openness, and continuous improvement
Desired Qualifications
- While no previous experience in product management is required for this role, it is advantageous to have been in roles that sit between the software and customer, such as solutions engineering, consulting or customer success
- Bonus points if you've worked with APIs, cloud-native platforms, AI-enabled systems, or open source
