Job Summary
Product Manager for GI software solutions focused on the ASC market, leading GI product strategy, engaging with gastroenterologists, nurses, ASC administrators, and health-system stakeholders. Responsibilities include defining the product vision and roadmap, conducting market and customer research, translating requirements into detailed user stories and acceptance criteria, prioritizing features, collaborating with architecture and engineering using Agile and AI-assisted development, and optimizing GI/endoscopy workflows to improve physician productivity, documentation quality, operational efficiency, revenue capture, and regulatory compliance. Role emphasizes AI-enabled capabilities, interoperability (EHR integrations, HL7/FHIR), and go-to-market support, with involvement in AI governance and ensuring successful customer adoption. Educational requirement: Bachelor's degree; Clinical PM experience in healthcare is required; Hybrid/Remote options depending on role.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in nursing, Healthcare Administration, Clinical Informatics, Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- 5+ years of Product Management experience in healthcare technology
- Demonstrated experience translating clinical workflows into software requirements and product enhancements
- Strong understanding of healthcare documentation, procedure reporting, and clinical workflow optimization
- Experience managing software products throughout the full product lifecycle
- Experience working within Agile/Scrum development environments
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with physicians, nurses, administrators, and engineering teams
- Clinical experience required, including RN/NP/PA/Allied health professional with GI or ASC experience
- Experience developing, launching, or managing AI-enabled healthcare software products
- Knowledge of Generative AI, LLMs, NLP, clinical documentation automation, ambient clinical intelligence, or healthcare workflow automation
