Job Summary
Drive strategic product management plans and oversee portfolio lifecycle management across the EMEA region, aligning regional activities with global business strategies. Guide growth initiatives through effective portfolio governance, coordinate cross-functional teams including operations, supply chain, and commercial units, and lead operational excellence projects to reduce fixed costs and optimize batch sizes. Manage inventory forecasting, transition retiring products, and audit quality offerings while ensuring master data integrity. Conduct competitive benchmarking to optimize profit margins and support regional teams in gatekeeper processes and product launches. Requires 10-20% travel across EMEA, a valid driving license, and 2+ years of project management experience.
Required Qualifications
- Availability to travel 10-20% of your time across EMEA
- Full valid driving license
- Highly fluent in English
- Project Management experience for at least 2 years
- Advance level of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Power Point and Excel
- Successfully finished education in chemistry or marketing or project management
- Knowledge of liquid coatings technology and industry
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of SAP is highly advantageous
- Familiar with ISO standards, ideally ISO 9001
