Job Summary
Own the product life cycle end-to-end for the Geotab Video Platform, from discovery and validation through build, launch, and post-launch measurement. Conduct customer discovery interviews to identify gaps and opportunities, then translate needs into user stories and feature epics. Develop the product roadmap, align internal stakeholders to the strategy, and prioritize features by balancing commercial goals against technical debt. Partner with cross-functional teams including design, engineering, marketing, and support to execute go-to-market strategies and ship repeatedly at pace. Define reporting mechanisms to track outcomes and collaborate with sales on feedback loops.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors in a related field, Post-secondary Diploma/Degree, or equivalent work experience
- Degree specialization in Engineering, Business, Computer Science or a related field
- 5+ years of required previous experience in product management, customer discovery, or a related field
- experience within a SaaS environment
- A track record of products you personally owned that reached real users and moved measurable business results
- Strong product judgment backed by data fluency
- Proven ability to get a cross-functional team to ship, repeatedly and at pace
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- A self-starter who sets direction
- requires minimal training or onboarding
- is comfortable with a high-intensity workload
- is based in or willing to relocate to Dubai for onsite work
Desired Qualifications
- Degree specialization in Engineering, Business, Computer Science or a related field highly valued

- comfort with SQL or analytics tooling
- Experience in telematics, video, IoT, safety, B2B SaaS, or zero-to-one / early-stage / scale-up environments
