Job Summary
Product Manager / Product Marketing for gene-to-protein lab essentials in a US-based remote-capable role. Focus on understanding customer workflows across bioassays and related applications, conducting VOC interviews with biopharma/CRO/academic customers, analyzing market trends and competitive landscape, and shaping product positioning, messaging, value proposition, and differentiation. Collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, sales, marketing, and regional teams to translate market needs into product and commercial plans, develop go-to-market materials, sales tools, and launch support, and identify KOLs and collaboration opportunities to drive market development.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in product management, product marketing, market development, or business development in life sciences tools, reagents, assays, or biotech solutions
- Familiarity with bioassay workflows, reagent-based assays, cell-based assays, reporter systems, or plate-based detection technologies
- Experience with VOC, market analysis, competitive assessment, product positioning, launch planning, and sales enablement
- Strong commercial sense and ability to translate customer needs into actionable product and marketing strategy
- Excellent communication, analytical, and cross-functional collaboration skills
