Job Summary
Product Manager for GCT Debt Servicing leads an agile team across CMS, GSF, and WCIBO to deliver stakeholder value, partners with stakeholders to shape current and future state, and evolves the platform through the product backlog, epics, user stories, priorities, and the roadmap. Responsibilities include backlog refinement, defining acceptance criteria, coordinating with Scrum Masters and other Product Managers, collaborating on the product vision with Senior Product Manager, executing acceptance tests and readiness activities, and planning/performing readiness. Key skills include stakeholder management, Agile development, ability to translate technical and business needs, and strong analytical, communication, and organizational capabilities. Preferred domain knowledge includes VIPR across Global Corporate Trust products, familiarity with STA and Arcaria, and experience with Collateralized Loan Obligations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- Eight or more years of related work experience
- VIPR experience across a variety of Global Corporate Trust products
- General knowledge of interfacing applications including STA and Arcaria
- Self-directed with strong organizational skills
- Aptitude to understand both technical and non-technical processes, requirements, and design
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with Collateralized Loan Obligations
- Advanced understanding of Agile development
