Job Summary

Product Manager role focusing on commercialization of DBS therapy across the full therapy portfolio. Leads strategic planning and execution for product development, defines technical and clinical requirements, shapes market development initiatives, and partners with sales/marketing to drive go-to-market adoption. Responsible for developing and delivering comprehensive commercialization plans, defining market segmentation, targeting, positioning, and marketing mix, creating product marketing bulletins, developing launch materials, and supporting sales with market-released product communications. Builds relationships with global teams and KOLs, conducts physician/product briefings, and ensures regulatory compliance (FDA) and adherence to company policies. Requires experience in healthcare/medical devices, strategic product planning, cross-functional leadership, and effective communication across organizations.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or marketing or an equivalent combination of education and work experience
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience working in healthcare, life sciences, or technology-based products
  • Experience working with complex product portfolios in the medical device industry
  • Experience with strategic product planning and commercial execution
  • Developed leadership skills/experience, including the ability to map task interdependencies, prioritize such tasks, and develop, monitor and live within budgets as well as the demonstrated ability to forecast major milestones
  • Experience working in a broader enterprise/cross-division business unit model preferred
  • Ability to work in a highly matrixed and geographically diverse business environment
  • Ability to work within a team and as an individual contributor in a fast-paced, changing environment
  • Ability to leverage and/or engage others to accomplish projects
  • Strong verbal and written communications with ability to effectively communicate at multiple levels in the organization
  • Multitasks, prioritizes and meets deadlines in timely manner
  • Position requires an understanding of both the technology and capabilities of the Division’s products, market and customer dynamics, and functional operations across departments

  • 5+ years of experience in healthcare, life sciences, or technology-based products
  • Experience with strategic product planning and commercial execution
  • Experience in medical device industry and regulatory compliance (FDA)
  • Leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication across multiple levels
  • Master’s degree (preferred)
  • 3-5 years of marketing experience (preferred)
  • Experience with deep brain stimulation therapy (preferred)
