Job Summary
Own the product lifecycle for nexos.ai Gateway, managing features from ideation through launch and long-term optimization. Gather customer and stakeholder needs to translate them into clear requirements, user stories, and actionable items. Drive the product roadmap in partnership with engineering, marketing, and business functions while reviewing designs and providing feedback on feasibility and trade-offs. Coordinate releases, remove blockers, and maintain delivery momentum for high-priority enterprise needs. Stay current on AI trends including LLMs, agentic systems, and RAGs to turn insights into product opportunities. Communicate clearly across technical and non-technical audiences to align teams around priorities and outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, or Technical Product Manager in a software product environment
- Strong understanding of software engineering concepts, system design principles, and technical product development
- Ability to understand complex technical topics and communicate them clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience leading product initiatives from concept to delivery, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
- Delivery-oriented mindset with a pragmatic, get-things-done approach
