Job Summary
Gather platform intelligence and user feedback to identify opportunities for new features and product improvements. Own and lead feature specification, defining and analyzing key product metrics (KPIs) to iterate on strategy and design outstanding user experiences. Automate data pipelines and processes using AI tools and agents while translating user demands into effective UX/UI solutions. Lead the discovery, development, and execution of strategic features for the B2B2C Private Markets platform, working closely with design, engineering, and business teams to bring ideas to life.
Required Qualifications
- 2-4 years of experience in Product Management, working with digital products or platforms
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (i.e. Figma)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach and mindset
- Experience with AI tools for product development and workflow automation
