Job Summary
Establish deep understanding of merchants' journey from onboarding to settlement, identify opportunities and pain-points, and translate insights into actionable specifications. Maintain and own the product roadmap for your area of responsibility, plan and execute end-to-end product initiatives, and define KPIs to measure product success. Proactively resolve complex challenges across varied product contexts by analyzing technical and business perspectives, while enabling collaboration within your team and communicating effectively with stakeholders. Lead platform-wide initiatives in the Foundations group to ensure on-time delivery of real, measurable impact supporting company goals.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years' product management experience in Tech
- Experience in Payments on billing and settlement solutions
- Experience gained within a financially regulated company
- Skills at planning, driving, and monitoring product development to meet objectives in high quality and on time
- Experience with investigating and resolving a broad range of complex issues in the technology space
- Experience facilitating collaboration and knowledge sharing within cross-functional teams
- Experience engaging stakeholders and ensuring user or customer needs are met
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences
- Ability to explain complex concepts, gain insights and support decision-making
- Creativity and an improvement mindset

- Experience actively promoting new technologies and the use of AI in daily work
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in Payments on billing and settlement solutions - a plus if gained within a financially regulated company
