Job Summary
Develop product lines from conception to mass production by creating requisitions for new styles and colorways that meet design specifications and target costs. Coordinate with merchandisers, designers, and technicians to assign style numbers, update style information in Garpac, and manage sample processes including go-by information and confirmation approvals. Liaise between development teams, Asia R&D, and the Sales Team to resolve daily issues, track development status, and communicate running changes. Assist technicians to ensure proper product fit and review first production cases to verify alignment with confirmation samples. Maintain the divisional style master and support the sales team with product-related inquiries.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor or relevant work experience
- One to three years of footwear experience preferred
