Job Summary
Partner with the Category Manager to shape strategic category plans across the Food Preparation portfolio, driving growth for the Beefeater BBQ range and Commercial Cooking portfolio. Lead end-to-end product launches by managing opportunity assessments, detailed business plans, and launch activities while securing commitment from all company functions. Engage directly with customers and sales teams to gather specialist insights, ensuring accurate system data inputs and up-to-date product information. Monitor launch success against business plans, optimize portfolio performance through pricing and promotion strategies, and maintain competitor analysis. Prepare and deliver internal and external presentations to communicate new product launch activity and coordinate implementation of agreed category plans.
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in Product Management
- ideally within the cooking or kitchen appliances category
- ability to translate consumer insights into commercially viable product strategies
- Strong consumer centric mindset
- proven capability in understanding and influencing the full consumer journey from pre‐launch awareness through to retail execution and post‐purchase experience
- End‐to‐end project management expertise in delivering commercial product launches
