Job Summary
Define and drive product vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap aligned with business objectives. Lead complex product initiatives from ideation through launch and full lifecycle, translating market insights and customer needs into actionable requirements. Partner with engineering to deliver scalable solutions, collaborate with executive leadership on strategy, and establish KPIs to measure performance. Drive go-to-market planning with sales and marketing while conducting competitive analysis to identify new opportunities. Maintain relationships with key customers, industry associations, and stakeholders to influence the industry. Requires 5–8+ years of product management experience, a Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field, and MBA preferred. Anticipated travel requirement is 25 to 50%.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
- 5–8+ years of product management experience, including ownership of complex products or platforms
- Proven track record of delivering successful products and driving measurable business outcomes
- Strong strategic thinking and ability to connect product initiatives to business impact
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to influence without direct authority and effectively lead cross-functional teams
- Good common technical understanding
- Proficiency with MS Office
- Travel is expected for this position
- Anticipated travel requirement is between 25 to 50%
