Job Summary
Shape and execute the core Flights roadmap, balancing customer needs, commercial impact, and technical reality. Partner with engineering to drive sprint delivery, conduct continuous discovery with customers and developers, and deeply analyze data to define success metrics. Collaborate with airlines and suppliers to transform legacy systems into consistent user experiences while aligning third-party roadmaps with strategic goals. Translate strategy and feedback into actionable plans, design developer experiences across multi-supplier architectures, and communicate weekly progress to internal and external stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- 3–5 years of product management experience
- proven track record of shipping technical products end-to-end
- Domain expertise in airline systems (NDC, GDS, LCC, PSS, or similar)
- comfortable working directly with APIs and data models
- Strong data-driven mindset
- capable of making sound, evidence-based prioritisation calls even with incomplete data
- Exceptional cross-functional project management and communication skills
- Collaborative mindset with a strong point of view
- willing to get your hands dirty
- remaining open to feedback
- Location: Shoreditch, London
- Hybrid: In-office Tuesdays & Thursdays
