Job Summary
Product Manager to lead end-to-end product lifecycle for screening solutions. You’ll translate business requirements into epics, themes, and actionable user stories with acceptance criteria for design and development teams, collaborate with stakeholders across functions and geographies, measure performance, drive continuous improvement, and support NOAM region with aligned local needs. You will champion Agile practices, maximize product reuse, and focus on revenue growth, customer experience, and cross-functional teamwork across internal and partner ecosystems.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years in a Product Manager or related role
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (business or technical field a plus)
- Familiarity with product and software development tools, techniques and agile methodologies
- Strong technical skills and ability to motivate development teams
- Experience with DevOps, JIRA, and other collaboration tools
- UX/product development experience with customer platforms a plus
- Strong communication skills across external stakeholders
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into epics, themes, and features
