Job Summary
Product Manager for Financial Infrastructure with a blockchain focus. Owns end-to-end product initiatives involving blockchain infrastructure, tokenized transactions, and digital asset integrations. Works cross-functionally with engineering, delivery, design, and operations to define, develop, and launch features that deliver measurable business and customer value. Drives opportunity assessment, prioritization, and success metrics; translates complex blockchain concepts into clear product requirements (PR/FAQs, user stories, acceptance criteria); manages sprint planning, release readiness, and post-launch analysis; communicates updates to stakeholders; champions leadership principles and aligns with regulatory and risk considerations. Preferred experience includes fintech or financial services PM roles, knowledge of tokenization, distributed ledger technologies, real-time/ cross-border settlement, and regulatory compliance. The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, customer insight, and hands-on execution to accelerate fintech product delivery and blockchain-enabled workflows; compensation range is $125,000-$155,000 with annual bonus incentives and benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Finance, Business, or a related field
- 4+ years of experience in product management, preferably in SaaS, fintech, or financial services
- Strong understanding of APIs, SaaS architectures, and data-driven decision-making
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Demonstrated ability to balance competing priorities, manage ambiguity, and make data-informed trade-offs
- Experience working in an agile or iterative development environment
