Job Summary
Owns full lifecycle of Bluetooth Low Energy and multiprotocol products; translates customer requirements into product requirements and go-to-market strategies; collaborates with system architects, IC engineering, and product enablement to ensure coherent, market-aligned specifications; drives end-to-end product strategy, business cases, and New Product Introduction (NPI) activities including pricing proposals and collateral; ensures product coherence across hardware, software, kits and tools for an integrated system; develops customer use-cases and system requirements; works with cross-functional teams to align product definitions with strategy and target segments; identifies feature gaps and competitive differentiation; supports investment prioritization with data and customer insight; manages product launch and promotion including collateral and competitive positioning; acts as primary technical and product interface to customers; lifetime management with PCN/PDN communications; emphasizes a customer-first mindset and ability to operate across time zones and globally distributed teams; automotive safety experience is highly preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, Computer Engineering, or related technical field
- 5+ years’ experience in Semiconductor, embedded systems, or microcontroller-based products
- 2+ years in Product definition, management, applications, or system architect roles
- Understanding of connectivity applications in consumer, industrial, automotive and data center or communications infrastructure applications and systems
- Experience with automotive applications, e.g. AEC-Q100 and ISO 26262 (Functional Safety), is highly preferred
- Familiarity with automotive use cases like Digital Key (Phone-as-a-Key), Tire Pressure Monitoring Systems (TPMS), and in-cabin sensing
- Strong understanding of Bluetooth Low Energy or other wireless standards and a solid grasp of RF fundamentals
- Microcontroller architectures (ARM Cortex, RISC-V, etc.)
- Embedded software ecosystems
- System-level design considerations (power, performance, cost, safety, security)
- Customer-first mindset with strong system thinking
- Ability to synthesize complex technical and market inputs into clear requirements
- Excellent communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences
- Strategic thinking with data-driven decision making
- Comfort working across time zones and globally distributed teams
- Proven ability to influence without formal authority
- High energy, self-motivation and go-getter attitude
- Track record of successfully launching products, generating design-wins and ultimately driving revenue growth
