Job Summary
Product Manager, Hand Towels North America responsible for implementing the product strategy and executing tactical plans for a regional product assortment. Oversees the product lifecycle, supports strategy, lifecycle management, launches, and optimization to ensure a competitive, profitable assortment. Collaborates across marketing, sales, innovation, R&D, sourcing, and manufacturing; tracks KPIs and analyzes performance to identify improvement opportunities. Develops knowledge of brands, products, services, and customers, and supports market requests based on approved business cases. Strong cross-functional leadership, market-insight-driven decision making, and travel up to 20% are required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business or relevant discipline
- Minimum three (3) years of related experience in product or related marketing role
- Proven product and/or brand marketing experience
- Ability to manage cross-functional teams within a matrix organization
- Strong interpersonal and influencing skills
- Strong presentation skills
- The ability to work independently
- Strong utilization of Microsoft products such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and TEAMS
- Travel ability to domestic and international locations up to 20%
