Job Summary
Develop and execute product strategies and roadmaps for aftermarket automotive parts to drive sales and profitability; conduct market research, competitive analysis, and gather customer feedback to identify market needs and opportunities; define product requirements, specifications, and business cases to support launches or enhancements; collaborate with procurement, supply chain, sales, marketing, and technical teams to ensure availability, pricing, and promotions; monitor product performance and drive continuous improvements; manage product lifecycle from introduction to discontinuation, including SKU rationalization and sunset opportunities; train and support sales teams on product features and competitive differentiators; engage with customers, suppliers, and industry partners to drive product development and innovation; own product knowledge and provide data-driven insights to cross-functional partners.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- 3-5 years of business analysis / product management experience
- Automotive aftermarket experience preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to collaborate across procurement, supply chain, sales, marketing, and technical teams
- Experience with defining product requirements, specifications, and business cases
- Experience with NPI (new product introduction) processes
- MBA or advanced degree a plus
