Job Summary
Define, prioritize and execute the product roadmap delivering robust Resident Engagement capabilities for Property Managers and Self-Management Associations and their customers, collaborating with designers, engineers, SMEs, and Product. Drive AI-powered automation of core workflows (data ingestion, classification, workflow orchestration) and design GenAI-powered capabilities (copilots, assistants, agent-based workflows) embedded into core product experiences. Enable predictive and prescriptive insights to help customers proactively manage communities and scale workflows, while supporting go-to-market activities and the creation of customer-facing materials. Maintain documentation of use cases, goals, risks, scope, KPIs, and customer outcomes. Participate actively in Agile ceremonies and work with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, secure, explainable, and production-ready solutions.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of Product Management experience
- Experience with consumer facing products and/or mobile applications
- Experience in FinTech/Payments and/or Accounts Payable space strongly preferred
- BA/BS in a relevant business or technical discipline preferred (or equal work experience)
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
- Strong verbal, written, presentation and interpersonal skills
- Positive, self-motivated, team player, action & results oriented
