Product Manager, Enterprise

Job Summary
Own the end-to-end roadmap for content lifecycle, governance, and the operational layer that keeps large-scale enterprise deployments running—from workspace setup through compliance controls—driving admin tooling adoption and governance outcomes. Translate enterprise customer needs from IT admins, legal teams, programme managers, and content owners into clear product direction; write specs and trade-off decisions; ensure alignment with engineering and design; partner with Solutions, CS, and Legal on complex enterprise deals; define metrics for adoption, compliance feature usage, and reductions in governance-related escalations.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years in product with direct ownership of a critical product domain
- Track record of connecting product outcomes to commercial results (ARR, retention, expansion)
- Ability to prioritise ruthlessly across a broad surface area
- Strong written communication: PRDs, strategy docs, customer insight summaries
- Ability to ramp quickly on enterprise buying motions
- Based in London or open to regular travel; London-anchored team with in-person time
