Job Summary
Strategic, execution-focused Product Manager to drive the Enterprise Intelligence product area at Glean. You will translate enterprise context into proactive, high-value intelligence products, define roadmaps, and work with engineering, design, data, and GTM teams to ship concrete workflows, dashboards, recommendations, and proactive experiences for leaders and teams. You will spend significant time with customers and stakeholders to surface high-value use cases, balance long-term platform opportunities with urgent customer needs, and establish product foundations for a new category. The role demands 5+ years of PM experience in B2B SaaS/enterprise software/AI products, a deep interest in AI, strong technical fluency, ability to articulate workflows and interaction models, and excellent communication skills. Location is hybrid in San Francisco with a base compensation of $170,000-$250,000 annually, plus potential equity and benefits; expects collaboration across engineering, design, data, GTM, and customer-facing teams and a focus on measurable outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS, enterprise software, AI products, analytics, or workflow/intelligence platforms
- strong product sense and ability to translate complex problems into clear product experiences
- ability to design specific user interfaces and workflows
- excellent written and verbal communication skills
- technical fluency and comfort partnering with engineering and data teams on systems involving structured and unstructured data, knowledge graphs, retrieval, or intelligence layers
- ownership mindset and track record of delivering results
- ability to operate in highly ambiguous spaces and create clarity and momentum
