Job Summary
Product Manager for Enterprise Gen AI responsible for defining and delivering AI-enabled product capabilities. Responsibilities include owning the roadmap and lifecycle from ideation to retirement, defining requirements with engineering and design, gathering customer and seller feedback to validate hypotheses, performing market research and competitive analysis, building business cases with leadership, and measuring product performance through key metrics. Requires strong cross-functional collaboration, excellent communication and presentation skills, and the ability to translate business goals into actionable product requirements. Proficiency with JIRA, Confluence, CRAFT, and AI tools; English proficiency and a collaborative, proactive problem-solver mindset.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree with major in Business Administration, Technology or other related disciplines
- At least 3 years’ experience of product manager experience within portions of Product Lifecycle Management process
- Understanding of market research, competitive analysis, and customer needs assessment
- Proven track record of managing some aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle.
- Analytical capabilities, results oriented, with proven ability to multitask and prioritize
- Excellent communication and presentation skill
- Independent, detail oriented, and a good team player
- Ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, technology, and analytics teams
- Ability to shape business goals and translate into product requirements.
- Proficiency in product management tools (JIRA, Confluence, CRAFT)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite skills
- Proficiency in leveraging AI tools and capabilities (e.g., generative AI, copilots, agent frameworks) in day-to-day workflows to enhance productivity, research, and product development
