Job Summary
Enterprise Finance Product Manager responsible for owning the roadmap, strategy, and product metrics for Slash’s Enterprise Finance product suite (Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Expense Management, and Accounting Integrations). Distill customer and industry insights to inform strategy, collaborate closely with Sales to drive adoption and revenue, and partner with engineering to deliver high-quality features with speed and taste. You will work directly with a small team to shape a real-world, AI-enabled finance workflow platform that integrates with ERP systems like QuickBooks, Sage, NetSuite, and Xero. This role is in-person at the San Francisco office, five days a week, and requires 3+ years of PM experience, strong communication, and a proactive, autonomous work style.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of product management experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with extreme attention to detail
- High accountability and ownership; ability to drive product quality
- Experience using AI prototyping tools (e.g., Replit, Claude Code, Cursor) and product-management tools (e.g., Figma, Linear, Notion)
- Experience building financial, payments, or enterprise software products is a plus
- Experience supporting sales cycles and providing high-touch customer support is a plus
