Job Summary
Product Manager for Augeo Experience, a first-to-market AI-focused intelligence platform. Drive the roadmap, tools, workflows, and data capabilities powering enterprise event delivery; translate client and leadership input into scalable features and user stories; partner with engineering, design, operations, client service, marketing, and sales to optimize delivery and client value; translate complex business needs into practical product requirements and success metrics; ensure solutions are practical, intuitive, and easy to integrate into daily work; leverage analytics to inform continuous improvement and pricing strategy.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years product management experience in SaaS/enterprise tech or related field
- Strong collaboration across operations, client teams, and developer teams
- Excellent communication to explain priorities and trade-offs
- Data-driven mindset with ability to interpret KPIs and client data needs
- Experience with cross-functional product lifecycles from discovery to launch to iteration
- Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Figma or similar platforms
- Interest in process improvement, automation, and scaling operational systems
