Product Manager

Product Owner leads product development within the PM vertical, researches and documents client needs, converts them into consumable requirements, and incorporates them into the product roadmap. Acts as primary contact for offshore development and scrum teams to clarify business requirements and unblock delivery. Collaborates across Scrum, engineering, data, and product management to ensure features meet objectives, reviews and approves features before production release, and participates in sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and requirement grooming. Responsible for building and maintaining the product backlog, aligning functional and non-functional requirements (security, performance, reporting), coordinating with offshore teams, and communicating with stakeholders to deliver updates. Demonstrates understanding of RCM terms and industry standards, analyzes business needs, creates process flows and diagrams to document requirements, and supports high-level estimates and timelines. Strong emphasis on collaboration, documentation, and presentation skills, with experience in Agile/scrum environments; knowledge of healthcare/RCM is a plus and familiarity with multitenant cloud applications, .NET, SQL, and related tools is beneficial.
