Job Summary
Product Manager to own the roadmap for two security products — endpoint security and directory security — driving discovery, prioritization, and delivery from concept through customer adoption. Own the product roadmap, balance near-term delivery with long-term strategy, and translate customer problems into well-scoped specifications for engineering. Collaborate closely with engineering, design, sales, and customer success to move features from definition to release and adoption. Engage with customers and internal stakeholders to gather input, validate direction, and communicate roadmap decisions. Identify competitive differentiation and maintain awareness of the endpoint and directory security landscape; requires 3+ years in product management, cybersecurity exposure, and strong written/spoken English. The role emphasizes a remote-first environment with opportunities for frequent face-to-face interaction and is located in Kraków, Poland.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of product management experience, ideally delivering B2B or enterprise software to market
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Exposure to cybersecurity, IT security, or related enterprise software domains; hands-on experience with security products is a strong advantage
- Advanced proficiency in spoken and written English is required
