Job Summary
Employee Navigator is seeking a Product Manager with a technical background to drive key features in their Human Resources and Benefits systems. Responsibilities include translating user requirements into functional specs, leading product evolution discussions, managing software development priorities, and conducting industry research to refine product strategy. Candidates should have at least 2 years of relevant experience, strong analytical skills, and be able to manage complex projects independently. A Bachelor's Degree is required.
Required Qualifications

- Strong problem-framing and analytical skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with pulling data utilizing SQL
