Job Summary
Product Manager for Emerson's Fluid & Motion Control portfolio responsible for driving product lifecycle from concept to discontinuation, collaborating with customers-facing teams to synthesize market trends and needs, coordinating with Operations/Engineering/Supply Chain on improvements, developing portfolio roadmap and driving initiatives such as obsolescence, positioning, pricing, launches, and trainings, initiating New Product Development projects, and monitoring KPIs to adjust strategy; requires cross-functional collaboration, technical storytelling, and go-to-market execution with travel up to 20% and US work authorization without sponsorship.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Marketing, Business or related Degree
- Two years of relevant experience in a marketing or technical environment
- Travel – 20% to global Services sites and customer locations as needed
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Legal authorization to work in the United States - sponsorship will not be provided
