Job Summary
Develop and execute portfolio marketing strategies, annual plans, and product launch initiatives aligned with business objectives. Analyze customer insights, market trends, and competitive intelligence to identify growth opportunities and inform strategy. Lead customer segmentation, targeting, and value proposition development while partnering with sales teams to create enablement tools and training resources. Establish and monitor product performance metrics, forecasts, budgets, and launch milestones; report results and recommend strategic adjustments. Develop pricing strategies and commercialization plans using market, financial, and customer data. Build relationships with healthcare customers, industry organizations, and key opinion leaders to gather feedback and identify emerging needs. Lead cross-functional teams to manage portfolio priorities and strategic initiatives across the product lifecycle. Requires a Bachelor's degree, 4+ years of experience, and 2+ years in product or healthcare marketing. Salary range $83,900 - $111,800 CAD. Hybrid work flexibility available.
