Job Summary
Lead integrated product and capital-equipment marketing and launch strategies for electrophysiology portfolios, including new product introductions and lifecycle optimization. Drive forecasting, inventory management, CAPEX alignment, and cross-functional collaboration with supply chain and finance. Design and deliver product- and procedure-focused education (in-person and digital) to influence behavior and upskill Sales and clinical stakeholders. Provide sales-facing technical support and develop internal processes, tools, and solutions to strengthen commercial partnerships. Ensure regulatory, ethical, and health & safety compliance while coaching teams and supporting governance and safety objectives.
