Product Manager, Electrical BIM/CAD & Fabrication

Job Summary
Own the electrical portfolio across Works and Stratus, managing BIM/CAD interoperability from model to fabrication workflows. Drive product scope for Revit and Autodesk platform integrations, ensuring assemblies and packages move efficiently from design to shop and field. Create precise PRDs that eliminate back-and-forth on CAD-specific behaviors like geometry and worksharing, or fabrication constraints such as shop routing. Conduct frequent site visits with contractors, BIM leads, and prefab teams to validate model accuracy and buildability. Coordinate engineering on data-model architecture where Stratus meets Autodesk standards, while tracking feature adoption with PMM and CS. Leverage AI tooling to accelerate drafting, data mapping, and QA tasks within the electrical domain.
Required Qualifications
- 2 to 4 years in product management
- direct exposure to CAD, BIM, or AEC technology platforms
- Real working knowledge of Revit specifically - families, shared parameters, worksharing, model structure
- comfort discussing CAD data models with engineers without a translator
- Hands-on understanding of electrical prefabrication and fabrication workflows
- Exposure to electrical contracting, MEP, or broader construction workflows
- Strong written communication
- AI fluency - active use of AI tools in your day-to-day PM work
Desired Qualifications
- Direct experience with Autodesk platform services (APS/Forge/Forma), Dynamo, or Revit API work
- Direct experience with prefab, fabrication, or field mobile workflows in construction technology
- Background as a BIM coordinator, CAD manager, detailer, or fabrication/shop lead prior to moving into product
