Job Summary

Define the product strategy for the Electric Linear Motion portfolio in Factory Automation markets across the Americas. Collaborate with global engineering, supply chain, sales, and marketing teams to build and maintain a global roadmap. Work closely with customer-facing teams to synthesize market trends, competitor moves, and customer requirements. Develop and deliver training for sales and application engineering teams. Conduct in-depth product and portfolio reviews to identify gaps and opportunities. Orchestrate key portfolio activities including positioning, pricing, launches, and sales support. Initiate and support New Product Development projects, driving early gate activities. Monitor and interpret KPIs to measure initiative performance and adjust strategy. Lead strategic initiatives related to the Motion Control SBU and electric motion capabilities expansion.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • 5 years of experience as a Product Manager, Product Engineer, or Application Engineer working with Electric Linear Motion products
  • Deep understanding of electric motion applications in Factory Automation, including common architectures, use cases, and customer pain points
  • Demonstrated success driving cross-functional alignment and execution
  • Fast, independent learner with the ability to navigate both detailed technical topics and broader strategic considerations
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to influence across functions and geographies
  • Ability to travel ~20% to global sites and customer locations

Desired Qualifications

  • Customer-facing or supplier-facing experience in electric motion or automation
  • Prior Product Management experience in electromechanical or automation products
  • Participation in cross-functional transformation projects (new tools, processes, reorganizations, technology upgrades)
  • Exposure to ERP or CRM systems
  • Experience with financial modelling and business case development
