Job Summary
Product Manager responsible for guiding ideation, strategy, pricing, and execution of SHAZAM products and services; owns product performance across features, defects, client experience, and quality; collaborates cross-functionally to improve product quality and efficiency; defines end-to-end client experience from onboarding through usage; gathers market and client feedback, conducts market research, develops multi-year roadmaps and business cases, leads lifecycle from concept to launch and ongoing optimization; partners with cross-functional teams to define requirements, pricing, revenue forecasts, and go-to-market strategies; creates product health metrics and leadership insights. Requires 3+ years in product management, preferably in banking/payments; strong data comprehension, communication, and presentation skills; remote work option with location preference in Des Moines, IA.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years’ experience in product management
- 3+ years’ experience in the banking or payments industry preferred
- Strong verbal, written communication, and presentation skills
- Ability to review data sets, graphs, and charts to identify data patterns and trends and research correlation and causality
